The second part of our mission statement is to “Grow together as disciples of Jesus Christ” and in fulfillment of this we want to help people to grow in their Christian faith and understanding.

At the moment we are using the Disciple Course; and a small Bible Study group along with a
“Step Forward” discussion group these are really helping many of our people to grow and understand the basis of their faith.

Anyone coming to our church can join one of our existing groups or, with others, can form a new group.

The ideal group size is between 8 and 12 people; each section of the “Step Forward” group has 4 sessions and then the group has a social event to celebrate completing that section; each session has four elements to it which are: Welcome, Worship, Word and Witness and the group members themselves lead the sessions.
